We assisted in gaining planning approval from Selby District Council for a new farmhouse approx. 185m² at Oaklands Farm. The new build consists of living room, large kitchen and dining room, entrance hall, utility and WC on the ground floor. The first floor consists of four bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a family bathroom. There is also additional accommodation to include an external WC, shower room and boot room area, and double garage with office facilities above which are accessed separately from the house. This house was designed to the clients living needs as farmers and a family.
